If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — provided the credits in that pack have not been used.
2Used credits are non-refundable
Each successful generation or refinement consumes credits from your balance. Credits that have been spent on a generation are non-refundable. If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
3Monthly subscription refunds
Monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) renew automatically each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period, and you keep all credits and access through that date. We don't pro-rate mid-period cancellations.
A first-time subscription purchase is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge if you've used fewer than half of the monthly credit allotment included in that plan. Renewal charges are not refundable once the new period begins, but cancelling before the next renewal date avoids the charge entirely.
4How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. You can:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
- Or email us at support@simplexicity.com with your order ID and we'll handle it for you.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
5Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we're happy to help. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
