Terms of Service

2Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use it for unlawful purposes or to generate content that violates any law.
• Attempt to defraud, spam, or send unsolicited communications.
• Infringe intellectual-property rights or generate impersonating content.
• Probe, scan, or test the Service's security or interfere with its operation.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code or models.

4Generated content

You own the HTML output you generate, subject to applicable third-party rights and the terms of any underlying AI model. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before publishing them, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you input. AI outputs may be inaccurate; do not rely on them as professional advice.

5Intellectual property

Simplexicity retains all rights to the Service itself — including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

6Payments and credits

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Credits power generations and refinements and come from two sources:

• Top-up packs — one-time purchases. Top-up credits do not expire and are spent only after your monthly bucket is empty.
• Monthly subscriptions — Starter, Pro, and Studio plans renew automatically each billing period and refill your monthly credit bucket on each renewal. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

7Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your access ends; you may export your generated sites at any point before that.

8Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where the law does not allow exclusion (e.g. fraud, death, or personal injury).

9Indemnity

You will indemnify Simplexicity for claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of United States unless otherwise required by law.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
